Ingredients

2 cups (500 mL) Frozen mango chunks

2 cups (500 mL) Plain 0% Greek yogurt                                

1 unit Frozen banana                                            

2 Tbsp (30 mL) Honey                        

1 Tbsp (15 mL) Hemp seeds (optional)       

Toppings:      

1 cup (250 mL) Granola                                                       

1/4 cup (60 mL) each Dessicated unsweetened coconut,         

dried cranberries and seeds

(such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds)     

1 tsp (5 mL) Ground cinnamon                                     

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, banana, honey and hemp seeds. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide among 4 bowls and top with granola, coconut, cranberries and seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
