Eligibility and Entitlement
All permanent full-time and part-time staff working a minimum of 15 hours/week are eligible. The program applies to employees only, and does not extend to spouses or dependents.
- Eligible for reimbursement up to $1,000 per fiscal year at 75% of the cost incurred
- Partners are not covered by this program
University students in a co-op program are eligible for reimbursement of 75% up to a maximum of:
- $400 for a 4 month work term; or
- $800 for a 8 month work term
Note: If you are hired full-time, your wellbeing entitlement cannot exceed $1,000 per fiscal year
