Ingredients
1 | medium apple (such as Cortland, Empire or Honeycrisp) | 1 |
1 cup | unsweetened soy beverage (substitute milk or other alternatives as desired) | 250 mL |
1/3 cup | ice cubes (about 4-5) | 75 mL |
1/4 cup | large flake oats | 60 mL |
2 | pitted dates | 2 |
Pinch | of ground cinnamon | pinch |
1 tsp | lemon juice, or more to taste | 5 mL |
Instructions
- Process ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes and up to 12 hours. Enjoy in a chilled glass.
